Red White and Blue - PPA 136

Here is my submission for the PPA 136 Color Challenge-Red, White and Blue



I used two of the new Stampin' Up! stamp sets:  Pretty Postage and Priority Mail.  The tiny heart above the Handle With Care  sentiment is from the Fashionable Hearts Embosslits.
